The Process

Step 1: Initial Meeting
Begin by scheduling a personal meeting with our Director of Membership and Marketing, Sarah O'Rourke. During this meeting, you will receive an overview of the application process, membership criteria, and sponsor requirements. This is a great opportunity to ask preliminary questions about the Club and application process to ensure you are prepared for the next steps.

Step 2: Preparing Your Application
Once you are ready to proceed:

• Complete the membership application form. All information must be typed and detailed.

• Identify your Primary Sponsor and two Secondary Sponsors. These individuals must be current members in good standing. (Please note: sponsors cannot be family members or those listed on our membership sale list.)

Step 3: Main Sponsor Introduction
Your Primary Sponsor will submit a typed, completed questionnaire and letter of introduction on your behalf. This letter will be shared with our Membership Committee.

Step 4: Secondary Sponsor Letters
Collect letters of support from two Secondary Sponsors. These letters must be typed and submitted before any interviews are scheduled with committee members. These letters will be shared with our Membership Committee.

Step 5: Membership Posting
Applicants are posted to the full membership for a 14-day review period. During this time, members may share feedback with the Director of Membership, General Manager, the Membership Committee, or the Board of Directors.

Step 6: Attend a Social Event with Members
All prospective members are required to attend at least one monthly Member Social; often multiple Socials must be attended. This is only for our regular monthly Member Social or a preapproved event by the Director of Membership.

Step 7: Member Interviews
You will meet individually with at least two members of the Membership Committee. These interviews allow us to get to know you and ensure mutual alignment with the Club’s culture and values. Both prospective members must be present.

Step 8: Committee Review
Your primary sponsor will present your candidacy to the Membership Committee and the Membership Committee will review your application package, including all sponsor letters and interview feedback. If approved, you will proceed to the final stages of the process.

Step 9: Round of Golf and Meal
Proprietary and Young Professional candidates will be required to play 9-holes of golf and have a meal with one Director or one Membership Committee member as needed. Social Members will be required to have a meal with a Director or one Membership Committee member as needed.

Step 10: Board Review
Your completed application package will be submitted for review at the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
